Reason You Feel you will Fit this Role:I am on all the time even if not on Furc I am always in Skype and will answer if I am needed. I am also reasonable and patient enough to talk with people and find out the full story before making any rash moves. Also I want the dream to be the best experience for people and with out people be bothered by others.
Examples of how you will deal with a Problem:If their is a problem I will find out what the problem is; how many times it had occured who is involved with the problem; if it can be worked out peacefully. I would talk to the one that causing said problem and give them a warning or what not and then if they seem to understand and don't argue or talk back and talk civil I well relay to the others that they understand and won't happen again if it does just report back to me and I will either temp ban them or eject them with another warning and then talk to the other staff to see if any further action should be taken since they won't listen.
